FFU – FAN FILTER UNITS
Fan Filter Unit (FFU) draws in contaminated air from the top of the module and exhausts filtered clean air vertically in a unidirectional laminar air stream at its base. A self-contained fan and filter module for cleanroom applications.
Application
- Supply purified air to clean rooms for semiconductor, liquid crystal manufacturing, etc.
- Suitable for Class 1 to Class 10,000 cleanrooms
